However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and exchange policy designed to protect both our valued customers and the integrity of our products.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request an exchange or return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery or purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• The item must be accompanied by its original packaging, bill, and authenticity certificate (if issued).

• The jewellery should show no signs of wear, alteration, damage, resizing, or engraving.

• Any item that has been customised, specially ordered, or made to specific customer requirements cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is proven to have a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature. These include:

• Custom-made or personalised designs created upon request.

• Engraved, altered, or resized jewellery.

• Discounted, promotional, or clearance items.

• Used or worn items, even if lightly used.

• Gift cards, vouchers, or certificates.

We encourage our customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your parcel. You will be required to share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification. Once your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following resolutions:

1. Replacement with the same item (subject to availability).

2. Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by the customer).

3. Full refund through the original payment method, processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days after the item has been received and inspected.

Exchange & Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number, contact information, and reason for return. Once reviewed, our team will issue a confirmation email or message with return instructions.

• The customer must ship the item securely using a reliable courier service with tracking information.

• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

• Nowroze Ali Gold House is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality inspection team will carefully review its condition. Once approved, we will process the replacement, exchange, or refund accordingly.

Refund Terms
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, customer preference, or sizing issues. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank policy.

Additional Guidelines

• All jewellery returned must match the original purchase record in our system.

• Items showing any tampering or external repair attempts will not be accepted.

• For security reasons, cash refunds are not provided for online orders.

• Any item purchased from our retail store must be returned to the same location and cannot be mailed.
